Rethinking Business Leadership for “The New Normal”

Business leaders are operating on landscapes of constant change.  “The new normal” is characterized by recession, globalization, demographic shifts, environmental limits, proliferating communication streams and rising tides of data, not to mention evolving public policy, shrinking budgets, and the mantra of “shared sacrifice.”  And never enough time for it all.  How can business leaders manage and succeed with multiple “bottom lines” in this demanding landscape?  In “the new normal” what defines the socially responsible business leader?

The BCCJ Business Network convenes these leadership strategy sessions to share best practices, seed new ideas, and connect a range of local businesses concerned with social responsibility.
